Payment to be made as follows: Paid in twelve (12) equal payments of $2,000 each beginning 4/1/90 and ending 3/1/91 (final payment made 3/1/91).
Accepted: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorizing to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above. (Read reverse side).
